This scenic paved pathway is great for cycling, walking, or jogging. There is a decent amount of rolling elevation gain along the way. A mix of both sun and shade can be found in different areas of the route. There are not many water fountain stations on the way, so it is advised to bring plenty of water.

This trailhead can be challenging to find, and it is recommended to download the offline map to navigate. The route travels through a nicely forested area providing shade which is wonderful for hot summer days. There is plenty of wildlife in the area to observe. The park is very close to the main road, and some road noise may be evident while hiking.
