The trailhead to this trail begins right before the big statue in the parking lot. There are not many views along the trail, however, there are many opportunities to view wildlife and wildflowers. The majority of this hike is along a sandy trail, which passes by dunes and through flatland ecosystems. This is a hike that the whole family can enjoy!
