There are three trailheads on Commence Drive and you can also ride from downtown Elizabethtown using Haycraft and Cave Springs Trails. Look for RED and YELLOW arrows marking the main 5 mile loop. Yellow is clockwise and Red is counter-clockwise. Trails are built and maintained by the local mountain biking and trail running community.

Haycraft Trail is a multi-use trail for hikers, runners, and mountain bikers. It passes by the location of one of the original Settler Forts in the area (ca 1780) as while as the site where Union Soldiers encamped during the Civil War (ca 1863). There are signs for both these areas along the trail as well as earthen features that may have been defensive measures created by the Union Soldiers.
