Along the route there is Laajalahti bird-watching platform and at the southern end there is Maarinlahti bird tower.

Paddling route that departs from Laajalahti marina and goes around Mustasaari and Seurasaari. The route first passes through Lehtisaarensalmi, and returns via Kuusisaarensalmi. Mustasaari has a beach. In winter, the route can be skied when the water in the bay is frozen. The western side of Laajalahti is a nature reserve.

Espoo's Laajalahti has a valuable nature reserve, and one of the best birding waters in Southern Finland. Keilaniemi is known for the headquarters of large companies located there. Accountor's head office, a 20-story tower block, is the tallest office building in Finland. This route offers the opportunity to see both of these sides of Espoo from a unique vantage point. The route also deviates through Vanha Munkkiniemi's Kasinonlahti, where you can detour to Kalastajatorppa's beach.

A kayaking route starting from Westend beach that goes around Käärmesaari, Åldholmen, Torra Lövö, and through Vehkasaari. On Käärmesaari and Torra Lövö you can disembark and spend the night if you want to go on overnight trips. Both islands have a cooking canopy. Vehkasaari is a villa island whose plots are privately owned.
