This trail starts at the Arena Express valley station and runs under or near the cable car all the way up to the top of the cable car, to Plaun. There one can relax well after the ascent via the Via Alp Plaun path and then hike down again or one can take the Arena Express into the valley. Discover and enjoy the Flims region in Graubünden and its ski resort. This community is part of the Imboden region and offers everything an active person needs. The path goes up to the Fil de Casson. This peak is part of the Glarus Alps and is located at 2,695 meters above sea level. Then the path goes to Piz Grisch at 3062 meters above sea level where various installations can be used to go back down. A large part of the route can also be driven on the ski area in winter.
