Flem Mountain Lodge

Flims offers you so many opportunities to do activities such as hiking, running or biking. The route goes via the Caumazee, Staderas, Laax & Teguia Larnax up to Plaun in the beautiful canton of Graubünden. The path has vertical meters, lakes, forests, climbs and descents and is a real pleasure for everyone in a great region.

The crystal-clear Cresta Lake (Lag la Cresta) lies between Flims and Trin in the canton of Graubünden at 844 m above sea level. Cresta means "ridge of terrain" so Lake Cresta is called "lake on the ridge of terrain". The lake can only be reached on foot or by bike and is surrounded by forest on three sides. It is fed by underground springs and the water level has changed little over the years.

This beautiful route near Flims in Surselva is located in the canton of Graubünden and is suitable for hikers and mountain bikers. The path leads from Flims to Lag la Cauma and via Digg and Trin Mulin to Lag la Cresta. Lake Cauma is completely surrounded by forest and is about 996 m above sea level. Lake Cresta is at 844 m above sea levelb and is fed from underground springs. Both lakes can only be reached on foot or by bike.

The path starts in Flims and goes up towards Bargis. There you have a restaurant and a lookout point. From there you continue up to the Lavadignas alpine hut where you can enjoy local specialties. After this beautiful view, continue in the direction of Muleg to the Gletschermügle Trin. There are various small rivers and beautiful views throughout the hike.
