This is a long demanding excursion in the Scanuppia Regional Reserve, with a visit to the karst pit of the Bus delle Caldiera. The route starts from Costa di Folgaria and arrives at Becco di Filadonna (2150m), Cima Vigolana (2148m) and Bocca Lavinella (2045m). The descent passes through the Paradiso Refuge (1650m) where there is a beautiful mountain pasture.

A mountain bike route in a counter-clockwise direction starting from San Sebastiano and the climb begins passing by the Rifugio Stella d'Italia (1536m) and the Forte Sommo Alto. Continue to climb until you reach the top of Monte Maggio (1852m). Proceed along the ridge in the direction of Bocchetta del Tin (1560m) and then begin the descent towards the starting point passing by the Coe artificial lake and following the Astico river along the last stretch.

A route starting near the Valico della Fricca (1110m). The route proceeds in a loop in an anticlockwise direction. Follow paths 439, 425 and 442. Going up from 439 you have to be careful not to lose the path. It is possible to do the tour in two days by climbing from path 442 and staying overnight at the Casarota Refuge (1572m). In winter it is possible to make this excursion with snowshoes or cross-country skis.

This is a classic beautiful excursion in the Visolana Group with arrival at Becco di Filadonna (2150m). The trail starts near the Fricca Pass (1110m) where the Sindech Hotel is located and halfway through it is possible to stop at the Casarota Refuge (1572m). From the top, the breathtaking views extend from the Trentino Pre-Alps to the city of Trento, from the Valsugana, the Brenta, Adamello and Presanella groups to the Dolomites on the Italian border.
