Many views of the city, bridges, and rivers can be seen along the way. The route is mostly shaded with few sections of sun.

Tandy Hills Natural Area is a remnant of prairie located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. The park is managed by the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge and allows visitors to explore the beautiful prairie flora which holds over 500 native plant species. This park is parallel to I-30 and only 5 minutes from the downtown Fort Worth area.
