There's not a whole lot to see along this particular section besides a few nice views of the Saint John River, some neatly groomed back yards, and picturesque wetlands. With its long flat stretches, the Trans Canada Trail best lends itself to biking however you may also enjoy a walk. Lots of sections consist of loose gravel and may not be well suited for road bikes.

A really picturesque loop following the wide trails of UNB's Woodlot. There are tons of different loops and trails you can take, but this curated loop highlights the rivers, creeks, wetlands and multiple small waterfalls with nice rocks to relax by. Hikers recommend wearing hiking boots since this route is often muddy and slippery in places. Wildlife is abundant in this area. There is overflow parking at the Costco nearby.

The waterfall is the highlight after an easy, short hike close to the city. This route is a favourite for a short walk with kids. Once you get to the waterfall and confirm that the water level is low, there are caves and boulders to explore along with a beautiful cedar forest along Corbett Brook, too. To get there, take Knowledge Park Drive off of Regent Street. Drive about 1.8-km to a parking area. Park and go left down the trail. Go about 325-metres to a trail to your left.
