A mountain bike route north of the town of Fumel in the Lot-et-Garonne department. The start is in the parking lot of Place Léo Lagrange. The route first follows the course of the Lot then the Thèze to Saint-Martin-le-Redon. The rest of this beautiful loop passes through Bonaguil in particular.

Up to Penne d'Agenais, the landscape of Haut-Agenais opens up to panoramas and reveals the richness of its heritage, such as the fortified town of Tournon d'Agenais.
