There is a great view of the lake at the beginning of the trail before the route meanders through the forest. The route is not very well-marked and downloading the route beforehand to navigate is suggested.

This route makes for a great family outing and is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time outside while observing the natural beauty of this area.

This is a combination of the DORBA A, B, C, D, and E Trails at the Isle du Bois Unit of the Ray Roberts Lake State Park. DORBA (Dallas Off Road Biking Association) is an all-volunteer organization that maintains the trail. This trail closes when wet and muddy to all visitors.
