This is a nicely paved concrete loop trail offering lots of shade and wildlife sightings. The route is great for jogging, walking, and cycling and there are many trees that line the path for those who want to rest under some shade. Overall, this is a great family-friendly trail to explore while visiting Gatewood Park.

This scenic paved pathway is great for cycling, walking, or jogging. There is a decent amount of rolling elevation gain along the way. A mix of both sun and shade can be found in different areas of the route. There are not many water fountain stations on the way, so it is advised to bring plenty of water.
