Great route for all ages and abilities for walking, running and mountain biking. The trail takes you on a jeep track up and onto the lower slopes of the mountain. The hills are not too tough and the views are worth it. There are many flat sections and so its fun for the whole family. It can get pretty hot mid day so early morning or late afternoons are best in summer.
