An easy hike along the lake with some really nice views - definitely worth the trip! It starts out walking along a cemetery on one side and the lake on the other with some beautiful places to stop and enjoy the scenery. It ends with a beautiful view of Mosquito Lake as well! It's an easy out and back with a lot of rewarding scenery. It isn't called Mosquito Lake for nothing though, so don't forget the bug spray!

There's a fire ring in an open area at a point along the trail and plenty of trees for hammocking. The trail is well worn but not crowded. Walking alongside the creek is very peaceful. Good for a quick evening walk or a spot to hang out in nature.
