Cycling leaving Praça Flávio F. Almeida and following Av. Torres Tibagy. The route is all paved and considered easy. This route also passes through José Hettefleisch Municipal Park and Adelina Farano Martello Square. Arriving at Lagoa Vila Galvão, the route goes around the lagoon and returns to the starting point.

The park has a large leisure infrastructure, such as athletics and bicicross tracks, trails, bike path, bicycle rental, sports courts, soccer fields, kiosks with barbecue facilities, lake with pedal boat, as well as restaurants and snack bars. Due to the preservation of the local fauna, dogs are not allowed in the park. Animals such as monkeys can be seen along the route.

It is a short, circular trail that starts near Estrada do Cabuçu, going through steep stretches with elevations. The route goes around the Cantareira Park Reservoir, passes through a conservation unit, areas of forests and low vegetation, mountains and valleys, has views of waterfalls and beautiful natural settings.
