One of the best trails in the park, this is the perfect loop to experience the beauty in the area. There are lots of scrub areas where wildlife can often be seen. The majority of this hike is along a sandy trail, which passes by dunes and through flatland ecosystems. Many sections of this trail are exposed and bringing sun protection is advised.

This is a very scenic trail showcasing the beautiful Tarkiln Bayou and the amazing flora and fauna that surround this area. This is a nice and short trail through the woods on a section of the Florida Trail. There is a small detour to the beach for those who want to catch some ocean views. Many wildlife and a variety of bird species can be spotted along the way. There are many other trail connections in the park to add distance to this route.
