This is a pleasant walk along the historic Halifax Harbourfront. You will enjoy a mix of boardwalks, docks, piers, and jetties while looking out at some historic vistas. This is traditionally a busy area during the spring, summer, and fall months, and there will be plenty of unique ships and watercraft to stop and see. Walkers recommend coming here for a sunrise or sunset stroll for the best experience in summer.

The Seawall and Loop Road is located along the Northwest Arm, in Sir Sandford Fleming Park. The walk features views of the water, the beach, and at the end leads to the historic Dingle tower. The trail is flat and paved, friendly to wheelchairs, children, and pets on leash. The trail is best used from Spring to Winter but is also walkable in the winter when there is not too much snow. Parking Information: Parking is available at Sir Sandford Fleming Park, as well as at the Dingle Tower.
