A fitness track runs around Malmi airport, which is suitable for walking, running, and in winter, skiing. The base of the route is dirt, which makes it comfortable to run and walk on. The fitness track is easily accessible from several points along the route. There is also fitness equipment along the path. The route is a groomed cross country ski trail in winter.

This route runs in the area of eastern Helsinki and Vantaa, in beautiful varied landscapes. The route leaves from Kontula, and goes past the Slåtmossen nature reserve, and around the Hakunila Sports Park. From here, the route runs through Länsisalami to Porvarinlahti, and from there to Mellunmäki. From here, the journey follows Vartiokylänlahti to Herttoniemi and through Kulosaari. Finally, the route goes around Vanhankaupunginselkä and through Viikki back to the starting point.

It is possible to get into nature even in the middle of the city. In the area of Ala-Malmi, it is possible to walk around both in the Urban Area and in the forest. The route starts from Ala-Malmi Park, and travels past Malmi Station to Ala-Malmi Sports Park. The journey continues along Tullivuorenraitti past the airport, and goes around Fallkulla Manor in Kaivannonpuisto. From here, return to the starting point via Sven Grahn’s path and the swimming hall.

Along the Keravanjoki River, Tikkurila has the opportunity to walk through beautiful scenery. The route goes all the way to the beach to Viertolanranta, which has a playground and a dog paddock. Here you cross the river and the route runs opposite the shore in another direction. The journey passes Tikkurila's waterfront park and continues to the Heureka Science Center, where the science park can be found.
