The Central Finland route is part of the Cycling in Finland route network and is marked with the Cycling in Finland signs. The route leaves Helsinki. It runs through Kerava, Järvenpää, Mäntsälä, Orimattila, Lahti, Asikkala, Sysmä, Luhanga, Korpilahti, Muurame and Säynätsalo to Jyväskylä. The route can also be run from Jyväskylä to Helsinki.

Via Finlandia is a touring route between Helsinki and Vaasa, following Highway 3. Along the way, the route passes several places: Kerava, Järvenpää, Riihimäki, Hämeenlinna, Tampere, Ikaalinen, Kihmiö, Kurika, Seinäjoki, and Isokyrö. Along the way, you can experience many different landscapes, from cities to rural areas. You can admire lakes, rivers, forests, fields, and more. There are also several culturally and historically valuable sites along the route.

Baana is a light traffic fairway built on the former Helsinki Harbor Railway route. The route runs from Kansalaistori to the border of Ruoholahti and Kamppi. The fairway has been significant in the history of Helsinki since the end of the 19th century when it originally connected the city's ports by rail. The fairway is in a ravine dug into the rock. There are several staircases and ramps leading to the street level. Cyclists and pedestrians have their own lanes.

As you walk around Keilalahti and Seurasaarenselkä, you can see many wonderful places on the west side of Helsinki. This route starts from Taivallahti and runs counterclockwise via Kuusisaari and Lehtisaari to Tapiola, and through Lauttasaari back to the starting point. Along the way you will find the Sibelius Monument, the Baltic Sea Daughter Sculpture, Tamminiemi, Munkkiniemi Manor, Keilaniemi, Sinebrychoff Villa, Lauttasaari, the Courthouse, Hietaniemi Cemetery, Hietaranta, and much more.
