From the parking lot in Bochumer Str. And first go through the Langeloher forest. Then through the fields towards Erin Park. From the heap in Erin Park you have a beautiful view over Castrop-Rauxel. The way back is past orchards towards the parking lot. Nice round with a good view from the Erin Halde. Dogs can run freely over large sections. Reachable by bus and train (stop: Langeloh).

This hike starts at the Tippelsberg car park (space for approx. 10 cars, 100 m further there is another car park) There has been a nature trail around the Tippelsberg since summer 2020. It is only a few meters to the highest point and you have a wide view over the Ruhr area. From the Tippelsberg it goes over to the Zillertal. The paths are well developed and not muddy even in bad weather.
