A good trail, with a few muddy spots so make sure to bring the right gear. Users have said that the trail is sometimes hard to follow so make sure to download the map before heading out! Mountain bikes are allowed on all trails, and the dog friendly atmosphere makes this a great place to walk your pup. Although the map shown here features a loop of the outer perimeter, there are many more miles of trails to explore in the interior of of the park.

The Upper Macatawa Natural Area offers many great opportunities for biking, walking, running, cross-country skiing, and birdwatching. Beautiful bridges span forest, wetlands, and grassland habitats.
