Sagebrush Hills is a rolling dirt road through native prairie in a state wildlife management area. The hills surrounding the trail are covered with sagebrush, yucca, cactus, and native grasses with cottonwood stands lining the valleys and creekbeds. Accessibility: There are 8 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lots off of Old Post Road at the southeast end of the trail. Most of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles.
