Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston - Northwest/CY-FAIR

This route includes a series of dirt trails branching off from Lakewood Crossing Park. Carpooling is encouraged as there is a limited amount of parking spaces. Keep in mind that the park closes at dark. Mountain bikers are advised to park at the lot located at 14234 W Cypress Forest Dr, Houston TX, 77070.

The trail is primarily used by GHORBA.org and is listed on their website as the CCMTB (Cypress Creek Mountain Bike Trail). The trail is hiker-friendly. There are a total of 13 trails within the park and all can be combined into one long hike. The trail is clearly marked with lots of offshoots to make up the 13 total trails. There are both paved and dirt trails. Dirt trails are considered moderate though some areas are challenging. Seems to always be an alternate route for challenging areas....

This is a dirt trail through a beautiful forested area. The route can be hard to follow so you may want to download the map before heading out. Accessibility: There do not appear to be any designated accessible spaces in the gravel parking lot off of Telge Road at the southeast end of the trail.
