Two days trip, departing from Taquara to Garopaba. First day: the route passes through beautiful views, Passo do S, Rio Pelotas, Bom Jardim da Serra, São Joaquim National Park, and Urubici. Second day: descent through Serra do Corvo Branco, Nova Brasilia, Rio Fortuna, São Martinho, Rio do Ponche, Espraiado, and Garopaba.

Morro Ferrabraz is Sapiranga's postcard and is prominent on the city's coat of arms. Made up of rocks of volcanic and sedimentary origin, and at an altitude of 779 meters, Ferrabraz is famous for the practice of free flight, among other activities. Cycling without much difficulty but with a beautiful landscape leaving Morro Alto. The path has some climbs, lots of forest, streams, hills and small lakes. The right nature all the way, being great for those looking to get in touch with nature. Some parts of the road are paved.

The Cascata and Caverna dos Bugres trail is a short marked path that reaches the waterfall, with about 10m high, beautiful amidst the vegetation and the well-kept landscape. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy beautiful scenery and take spectacular photos without any effort. It is not allowed to shower or barbecue on site.

A very beautiful park with several options for leisure and sport. The site is surrounded by the Paranhana River, where many visitors practice rafting and canoeing. The park is very beautiful with a lot of nature. It also offers rappelling, tree climbing, zipline and cycling options. Parque das Laranjeiras is open every day from 8am to 10pm.
