Petrino

Petrovouni - Lapata Peak Loop (Πετροβούνι - Κορυφή Λάπατα κυκλική) Circular route on the green mountain above the Petrovouni village. The route starts from the main road and climbs northeast to the forested slopes of the mountain. Passing through small plateaus and gullies, it circles around and returns southwest along the ridge, reaching Lapata Peak. Wonderful views of the surrounding peaks and gorges. The trail descends north, back to the point of departure.

Kedros - Chouliarades - Agia Triada (Κέδρος - Χουλιαράδες - Αγία Τριάδα) Beautiful circular route in the mountainous area north of Tzoumerka in the Choularochoria area. The route starts from the village of Kedros, above the beautiful gorge of the Arachthos river and gently ascends southeast. It reaches the beautiful mountain village of Chouliarades and from there it heads north along a forest road, which follows the ridge. Kedros - Arachthos Gorge (Κέδρος - Χαράδρα Άραχθου) From the village of Kedros the route heads east, initially parallel to the Orniolangado gorge. It then heads south, crossing the gorge vertically and continuing towards the slopes of Arachthos Gorge. The views of the gorge and the surrounding green slopes are fantastic. The course returns to the starting point, following a slightly different route, parallel to the original one.

Kedros - Klaraki (Κέδρος - Κλαράκι) A circular route in the area above the Arachthos river, which starts from the village of Kedros and heads east to the stream bed of the Orniolagado gorge. The route continues crossing once more the stream bed from further west, going back to the village. Following a path it returns to the point of departure. The nature is green and the view of the Arachthos gorge and the smaller Orniolangado gorge from above is fantastic.

Kedros - Tziris Peak (Κέδρος - Κορυφή Τζίρης) The circular route starts from the village of Kedros above the river Arachthos gorge and heads east passing the smaller Orniolangado gorge. The trail gently climbs uphill to Tziris Peak, from where the view of the Arachthos gorge is striking. The route returns by a different way to the village of Kedros, following a path a little further west than the original one, through sparser tree cover.
