Chora - Kastro Hill (Χώρα - Λόφος Κάστρο) A lovely walk in the amphitheatrically built Chora, above the port, among the cobbled streets, the white houses and the scattered elements of the ancient city. The route leads to the church of Panagia Gremiotissa, built high up in a prominent spot. The route ascends a little higher up the Kastro Hill, to the church of Agios Georgios and that of Agios Nikolaos, at the highest point. The view to Chora and the sea is panoramic and amazing.

Ios Chora - Mersina - Milopotas (Ίος Χώρα - Μερσίνα - Μυλοπότας) From Chora of Ios, the route heads east, crossing the southern slopes of Profitis Ilias. Reaching above the Ios reservoir, the route enters and follows the road to the south and then to the west, around the Mylopotas basin. The route reaches the Mylopotas Beach and the settlement itself, before arriving to the starting point.

Chora - Agios Prokopios - Agia Theodoti Beach (Χώρα - Άγιος Προκόπιος - Παραλία Αγία Θεοδότη) A beautiful route that starts from Chora and heads northeast along the old path that used to connect the town to Agia Theodoti Bay. The route crosses terraces as it proceeds along the dry stone path and continues to the Agios Prokopios chapel. Chora - Skarkos - Ellinika - Agios Prokopios Loop (Χώρα - Σκάρκος - Ελληνικά - Άγιος Προκόπιος κυκλική) From Chora, the route descends along a good cobbled path with dry stones, passes through the rural area of Kambos and reaches Skarkos Hill, where there is a prehistoric settlement in the shape of a spiral. Chora - Kolitsani Beach - Mylopotas Bay (Χώρα - Παραλία Κολιτσάνι - Όρμος Μυλοπότα) From Chora, the nice route descends south, initially following a dirt road and then a path along the ridge of the hill, towards Kolitsani Beach. From there, the route climbs up the hill to the east to descend again along the coastline heading towards the long sandy beach of Mylopotas. Hilly landscapes, white Cycladic houses and a beautiful bay with clear, blue waters.
