This is a nicely paved trail through an amazingly beautiful area that is great for walking, jogging, and cycling. There are many trees that line the path creating shade, perfect for summer walks. Lush foliage, creeks, and a waterfall can be found along the way. There's plenty of street parking by the playground, which is just south of Shiloh- this is also where you can find restrooms.

While this trail is multi-use, this is an extremely popular route in the area for mountain biking. There are technical sections with bridges along the way, and areas where there is deep sand to navigate through. Tree coverage is abundant throughout the park with a diversity of plant species to admire.

This family-friendly loop begins at the scenic lake overlook at travels through a variety of settings. The trails are generally well-marked and maintained and feature a ton of shade making it a great place to hike during the summer months. There is a decent amount of elevation gain within this relatively short trail.

The trail is short and scenic and travels across a grassy area in the savannah, with many opportunities to observe wildlife along the way.
