This is a quick and easy hike in the heart of Kamloops. This out and back trail leads to a beautiful waterfall which is perfect for cooling off in the summer. The trail is suitable for all ages but is slightly rocky near the falls. Wear proper footwear and use caution around slippery rocks and gravel.

Kenna Cartwright Tower Trail is a great option for anyone with kids or pups. The hike is a very nice gentle incline with a rewarding view. There is a wide path which makes it nice to walk and talk with friends if there's a few of you going. There are also multiple benches and picnic tables at the top for resting. Beautiful views at the top! Great place to catch a nice sunset.

There are several trails along Adams River - there is signage for Wade Road, Packer Trail, and River Trail. They're easy and fairly flat along a lovely small river with several beaches to go down to. The trails are forested all the way and there's a nice assortment of wildflowers and birds. The views from the canyon are definitely a highlight! There is ample parking and a toilet at the trail head.

Gorgeous views of Kamloops and Kamloops Lake. A little steep to get to the top but there is a memorial at the top to let you know you made it. Bring binoculars to check the hills for wildlife. A train runs through the tunnel underneath the hill. The trail is quite moderate, and you spend your time going up a hill slightly at the beginning then down for a bit than the last few hundred meters are a bit steeper. Good shoes are an obligation here, as the silt and sand on the trail is slippery on...
