This path begins at the Kandersteg valley station of the Oeschinensee gondola lift and leads along the Öschibach stream to the Grünewald forest. Then it goes up through the Hublewald until the path reaches the mountain station of the cable car. There one can relax at the Bergstübli mountain restaurant or take a ride on the Oeschinensee toboggan run.

The Hohtürli Pass (2778m) leads from Kandersteg by the Oeschinensee to the Blüemlisalp Hut (2840m) and then down to the Griesalp (1408m). Sturdy shoes are necessary as there can be snow in summer.
