This is a nice modern trail of paved concrete. Much of the trail parallels Rock Creek, including a small bridge over the creek, and an underpass under existing traffic. The trail is fairly new and regularly maintained. Parking is virtually non-existent so you're better to approach on foot from either end of the trail.
