This is a great paved greenway for walking, running, and cycling. Accessibility: There are 6 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of Neyland Drive Southwest at the southwest end of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles. The trail surface is paved asphalt and concrete and smooth. The majority of the trail is estimated to be in the mostly gentle (5% or less) grade category and the steepest section is at about 1.7 miles when going northeast....

The slope of this trail is estimated to be steep to very steep and over 8% grade for most of the time. The slope is also estimated to exceed 12% grade up and downhill several times within the first and last 0.2 miles. Trail goers using mobility equipment to navigate such as a wheelchair or stroller may need assistance throughout this trail.
