Route of the run called Półmaraton Błędnych Skał held as part of the Kudowa Running Festival event in April 2023. The start and finish line of the race are located in the Zdrojowy Park in Kudowa-Zdrój. More information can be found on the event website. Bicycle route connecting Kudowa-Zdrój with Karłów, passing through the Stołowe Mountains National Park. The trail leads through Czermna, Pstrążna, Rozdroże pod Lelkową, Polana YMCA and Szosa Stu Zakrętów. It is part of an international route marked in red and connecting the town of Rtyne in the Czech Republic with Karłów in Poland.

Interesting hike leading to the popular rock formations Błędne Skały. The route begins and ends in the center of Kudowa-Zdroj. The first stage of the hike runs along the green trail through the villages of Czermna, Pstrążna, Bukowina Klodzka. Scenic hike to the western corners of Stolowe Mountains National Park. The route begins in the center of Kudowa-Zdrój and initially leads along the green trail under Krucza Kopa and to a beautiful viewpoint. Then through the village of Darnków to the Polana YMCA, located on the Szosa Stu Zakrętów. The next stage is a hike to the Rozdroże pod Lelkową and back along the red trail through Jakubowice.
