Auberge des crêtes

This road with panoramic views in the Verdon Regional Natural Park in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence overlooks the Gorges du Verdon. To be done by bike or motorbike, the route is decorated with many lookouts along the road. With chasms of more than 700 m the views are impressive. The route starts from La Palud-sur-Verdon. A hiking route near the village of La Palud-sur-Verdon, which takes you to the abandoned village of Châteauneuf-lès-Moustiers at 1,000 meters above sea level, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department. This village had 600 inhabitants in the 19th century, and it is now in ruins and emptied of its inhabitants.

Circuit on foot or by bike in the mountainous landscapes of the Verdon Regional Natural Park, starting from the hamlet of Le Plan, in the town of La Palud-sur-Verdon, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department. On the way, you will pass at the foot of the Cime de Barbin mountain, and you will cross the hamlet of Le Vignal.
