This hiking and mountain biking route starts from the Plage d'Espinet on the banks of the Ruisseau de Pontal and the Lac du Barrage de Saint-Étienne-Cantalès. The circuit takes the paths in the forest and follows the small roads that wind between the cultivated plots. You will pass by the lakeside hamlets: Le Bourieu, Puech Del Moule, and Les Planquettes.

The route passes through the villages of Calvanhac, Labro and Le Devèz before returning to the starting point at the edge of the forest.

This hiking loop starting from the village of Picou near Saint-Laurent-des-Landes, takes you on dirt roads through pastures and forests. After the hamlets of Le Devez and Labro, the route follows little busy country roads which overlook the Lac du Barrage de Saint-Étienne-Cantalès. 13 km long, it is the largest artificial lake in Auvergne with an area of 563 ha. You will return to your starting point via Calvanhac on the heights of the L'Authre river.

Here is a hike from the village of Omps which is suitable for family outings. The route starts from the center of the village and follows a dirt road in the undergrowth between cultivated land and the Château de La Plaze. Hikers will take country lanes and small roads on typically Auvergne hilly terrain.
