This trail leads you under live oak trees and to beautiful views of the marsh. Blue egrets and cattle herons can often be seen around Alligator Lake. Many sections of this trail are exposed and bringing sun protection is advised. There are benches along the way to take a small break if needed (especially with young children) and the path is fairly even and well maintained.

This is a beautiful and short trail that leads visitors to the scenic Falling Creek Falls. This is a quick detour right off of Highway I-10 which features a short but mighty cascade that flows over limestone boulders in a ravine. There is a short and accessible boardwalk portion that offers easy access to the views.

The trailhead for this trail is located just beyond the restrooms, close to where the kayak/canoe put-in is. The hike is an easy walk down to the infamous Blue Pool. The crystal blue water makes for a beautiful place to snorkel or observe wildlife in the area. This pool is fed by the spring in the area. This is one of the more popular areas in Ichetucknee Springs State Park.

This is a nice option for those who are short on time but still want to experience the beauty of this area. There are many opportunities to observe the local flora and fauna along this trail.

Ichetucknee is a Florida landmark; The stunning beauty provides a paradise for the local flora and fauna. During the summer months, many people like to tube down this section. There are tube rentals along the drive to the park, a shuttle/tram to move folks back uphill, and of course regulations and signage. The park service limits the number of tubers to 750 per day and paddlers are required to give way.
