This hike starts in Cantinolle in the south of Taillan-Médoc. The route partly runs along the La Jalle river and passes, among other things, through the Bois de Déhès - Jalles inter-municipal park and the Poujau de la Capère. The route takes the Bordeaux-Lacanau cycle path to return to the starting point.
