This trail is the second segment of the Via Setta long-distance trail of the culture and long-distance trail number 64. Past Lantsch / Lenz, the trail then leads through small settlements to Alvaschein, Mistail to Tiefencastel. Numerous sights await one along the way, such as the Son Cassian chapel or the ossuary in Mistail.

The trail starts in Lenzerheide and leads across country through the area in the middle of Park Ela. Then it goes on to Lantsch/Lenz and then it goes back to the beginning. One can especially enjoy this trail with children and immerse oneself in the cultural landscape at the foot of the Lenzer Horn, which overlooks the valley over the 2905m.

The trail starts in Lenzerheide and passes through the town with a view of Lake Heidsee. We then pass Valbella and cross the forest in the Got Scharmoin area to the Aua da Sanaspans river. In summer promising mountain peaks, fragrant alpine pastures and splendid views of the crystal clear lake Heidsee can be observed. This trail can be a bit muddy after a few days of bad weather.

This tour is a day trip by bike and has it all. It starts in Lenzerheide at a parking lot and the path soon leads past the Heidisee lake. Then it continues through the valley and then steadily upwards through open terrain via Parpan, Foppa and Tschiertschen. Again and again one can enjoy the great views and then continue on forest paths under the Güdaspitz peak.
