A fantastic hike to the Fluealp (or Fluhalp) above Leukerbad in the heart of the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park. The trail begins in Leukerbad and leads steadily uphill along the Dala River. Then it goes past the Clabinualp and onto the Fluealp (2041 m). The route leads over several streams on small bridges and through beautiful mountain meadows. The Fluealp is particularly famous for its cheese dairy.

The start of the trail is in the Leukerbad station and ski area. This village is very famous for its thermal baths. The path is entertaining with a lot of forest and takes you up to the Clabinualp. This great alp is located at 1843 meters above sea level in the canton of Valais. The way back goes on the other side to the starting point in Leukerbad.

This ascent hike leads to the Gemmi Pass (2344m) and starts in Leukerbad in the canton of Valais. The route meanders along the Gemmiweg through wooded areas and then up over stony terrain. Leukerbad is a well-known health resort with its thermal baths and ski area. On the pass are a hotel, a mountain restaurant, and the Gemmibahn cable car, which can be used to return to the starting point. The trail starts in Leukerbad at the valley station and then passes through the Pollesgraben and at the foot of the Gemsfreiheit at 2302m. Then it goes through Fiess and then again through Grantscheten and the thermal baths. The path then follows the upper Geissweg and then it goes back to the beginning. This trail can be a bit muddy after a few days of bad weather.
