A short but panoramic excursion on the Island of Lipari, the largest of the Archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. The route starts from the town of Lipari, near the Church of San Bartolomeo, and proceeds along the internal road up to the old observatory, passing through San Salvatore. Here there is a stunning viewpoint overlooking the island's west coast, where it is possible to admire a fantastic sunset.

It starts from Lipari, near a parking lot in the south of the town and proceeds to Capparo, passing through Capistello. You get to the viewpoint and then continue towards San Salvatore and climb Mount Guardia (869m). From here we proceed with the circular tour until we return to the starting point.

A short but moderate hike on the Island of Lipari to reach Monte Guardia (369m). The route begins on a paved road and passes through Montegallina, where it is possible to visit the church of San Bartolo al Monte. From here, the itinerary proceeds until it reaches the path that climbs steeply toward the top of Monte Guardia. The trail is overgrown and rocky in some places, so it is advisable to pay attention.

From here, the itinerary proceeds to the panoramic point of the old observatory and then continues the tour and climbs up to Monte Guardia (369m)—a beautiful route suitable for everyone but with some overgrown stretches. Monte Guardia is also accessible directly from Lipari in a quicker and easier way.
