This is an almost fully paved multi-use pathway. The route starts from a parking lot trailhead close to the public outdoor skating rink and skateboarding area, and meanders some great historic and natural areas through London. There are multiple entrances along this route, so you can park at many locations and treat this trail as a shorter adventure if preferred.

What a pleasant nature adventure beside the Thames River. This is a very popular outdoor area, and there are multiple parking areas along the trail. The route is very well marked and maintained, following a mix of paved and divided trails and gravel trails. There are quite a few viewpoints and interesting bridges to see here, and this is a very popular birdwatching area.

This is a great trail for all skill levels. There are many off-shoot trails you can take to extend this hike, but trail markings are not always clear. There is a map available at the beginning of the trail. This area is pretty heavily trafficked and there is not plenty of parking. There are lots of nice spots to stop and see the water.
