Enjoy this scenic and winding trail system through one of Lubbock's most spectacular natural areas. While this trail is multi-use, it is an extremely popular route in the area for mountain biking. This route includes the perimeter trails on both the east and west sections of the park. There are many other interconnecting routes for those who want to explore trails with different difficulty levels.

This route features the eastern mountain bike trails of Dunbar Historical Lake Park. These trails are mostly classified as a "cool down" and have easier and more approachable sections of trails. This makes for a great beginner area and a great place to get acquainted with the trails at the park before heading to the western section.

Eagle Point Trail takes you through the valley to a small natural bridge with views of a creek and perhaps free-ranging buffalo. Begin by the camping area and travel a hilly and flat dirt trail leading to the natural bridge. Make sure to stop at the wooden bench and use the small trail to walk underneath and through the Natural Bridge.
