The start of this route is near Place Bonnefon in Marseille in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. This route bypasses the Marseille Borély racecourse, crossing the park of the same name. It then runs along the pages of Huveaune, Borély, Bonneveine and Vieille Chapelle before returning to the starting point.

The start of this hiking trail in the Calanques National Park is located in the Vieille Chapelle district of Marseille in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. The route passes through the bastide town of Redon, the Escampons ridge, the Morgiou pass, the Baumettes pass before reaching the Calanque de Sormiou. It then returns to the starting point via the Col de Sormiou. The Calanque de Sormiou is a rocky cove surrounded by steep cliffs and lined with fine sandy beaches.

This route in the heart of the Calanques National Park starts south of the city of Marseille, and leads you to the Plateau de l'Homme Mort. At the western summit of the Homme Mort, you will have a magnificent panorama of the Mediterranean Sea and Marseille, and you will have other pretty views along the way. On the way back, you will cross the Bois de la Selle.

The route passes, among other things, by the West Summit of the Dead Man, the Calanques de l'Escu, de la Piade, de Podestat, des Queyrons, de Marseilleveyre and de la Mounine. The route continues via the Col des Chèvres, Béouveyre, the Col de Moutte, the Pic de la Famille, the Col du Brès and the Trou de la Lune, before returning to the starting point.
