This unnamed hill is often confused for Spook Hill, but Spook Hill is actually a mile northwest of this location. There used to be a microwave tower at the top of this hill, but it has since been removed. You may still find the concrete base of it. When passing through private property easements and right-of-ways it is especially important to stay on the path and respect posted guidance. There is no parking lot for this trail and there are now "No Parking" signs along N. Bush Hwy. You can continue north on Bush until you reach the 2nd parking lot on the opposite side of Bush - you can then cross the street and there is a trailhead that connects to Hawes etc. from the northside.
