This is a nice area popular for mountain biking which is easily accessible from the neighborhood streets of Hacienda del Parque. Some of the trail is paved, but there are also dirt paths which climb partially up Cerro Izcalli, from where you will have lovely views of the city. The route also passes through Parque Metropolitano. Please be advised that trees are sparse in this area, so there is not a lot of shade.

This route begins in the Parque Hogar Obrero de Tlanepantla and you enter the Sierra de Guadalupe State Park through dirt trails. You initially climb towards Cerro Tlayacampa with its height of 2430 meters, then turn west and Cerro Tlayapa, which forms the westernmost part of the park. From there, you will have beautiful views of all your surroundings!

This route is easy to access from the subdivisions to the north of the park, and takes you on a circuit around the Cerro de Tlayacampa, which has a height of 2,430 meters above sea level. Also the route visits another peak for more beautiful views.
