This is a clean and paved city path that starts at 79th street on Miami Beach and goes down to the southernmost point. The trail surface along the route is a mix of paved, sand, and hard-packed dirt. This is a wonderful way to explore the Key Biscayne natural area.

This route features a paved beach walk with ocean views along the entire route. There is no shade available and bringing sun protection is highly encouraged. Bal Harbor parking access is located on 102nd Street and Collins Avenue. Take a nice leisurely walk on the seawall jetty that leads to the ocean and admire the views.
