A bike tour around the city of Milan, starting from Parco Nord Milano. The route takes place in an anticlockwise loop, between paved road and cycle paths. The itinerary passes through Trenno, the Parco delle Cave, the Parco della Vettabbia, Cavriano, Lambrate, the Collina del Parco Lambro and then returns to the starting point.

From here proceed in the direction of the North Park of Milan, passing through Torretta, and you will reach Lake Niguarda. You return following the route passing by the Velodrome and the Teatrino Breda and then returning to the starting point.

The route takes place in a clockwise loop passing through Porta Venezia and following the ring road that goes around central Milan. It is advisable to complete this route by bicycle, also as a relaxation, because it mostly takes place on a busy road.

Here you proceed in a clockwise loop almost entirely on paths, also passing through the Isola delle Rose. Along the west bank there is a park for children, a park for MTB bicycles and much more.
