This cycle path starts from Porta Genova in Milan. Keeping the Naviglio Grande on the left pass Corsico, Trezzano sul Naviglio, Gaggiano where the landscape is more pleasant and less urban, up to Abbiategrasso. The Abbiategrasso-Sento Calende cycle path also starts here. Before entering the town, turn right along the canal heading north. From this point the route is more interesting and runs alongside various noble villas surrounded by rich and luxuriant vegetation.
