A bicycle excursion that takes place in a ring near Milan, starting from Bollate. The route runs counterclockwise mostly between road and cycle path. The itinerary passes by Cascina del Sole, Milan Park, Bovisasca, Maggiolina, Porta Venezia, Palestro, San Babila, Milan Cathedral, Missori, Porta Ticinese, Sempione Park, Portello, Boldinasco and Cerchiarello.

A pleasant bike ride in an area of Milan, starting from Piazzale Perrucchetti. The route takes place in an anticlockwise loop passing through Parco delle Cave, Parco Cava Muggiana, Parco della Vita and then crosses the Travaglia district and returns to the starting point. The itinerary takes place between cycle paths and paved roads passing by various lakes within the parks.

A circular route in the third largest park in Milan, after Parco Nord and Parco Forlanini. The Parco delle Cave is enclosed between the districts of Baggio and Quinto Romano. The park is not fenced and therefore always accessible. Inside the park there are four artificial basins, woods, streams, urban gardens, an agricultural area with water meadows and above all the Linterno farmhouse. Together with the Wood in the city and the Trenno Park it forms part of the South Milan Agricultural Park.

This itinerary can be done on foot or by bicycle and takes place in a clockwise loop. Following the North Water path you reach the Gardens of Villa Arconati in Castellazzo.
