This stretch of the McDade Recreation Trail starts from the trail's northern terminus at Milford Beach and runs south to a point where the path crosses Raymondskill Creek just upstream of the Delaware River. The path is made up of crushed gravel. If you plan on cycling, a mountain bike is better suited for the surface.

The Milford Knob Trail begins from Route 209 and heads uphill along a well defined path to a wonderful viewpoint. From here the community of Milford is visible below. At points you will also be able to see large stretches of farmland and the Delaware River. On a clear day the New Jersey high point monument is also visible.

Begin by following the Milford Knob Trail up from Route 209. At the junction with the Quarry Trail, head left and continue up to the Cliff Trail. Cliff Trail will lead to Milford Knob where you're rewarded with views of the town of Milford, the Delaware River, and the New Jersey state highpoint monument. Follow Milford Knob back to the start point.

The park has two established Cliff Trails, this route highlights the stretch of trail that is closer to the actual cliff edge. The other cliff trail runs parallel but it is a bit further removed from the cliff. Along the way, there are great views, including a viewpoint where Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York state are all visible.

This path starts from the Raymondskill Falls parking area and leads to Hackers Falls along Raymondskill Creek. The forest is mostly made up of hemlock and hardwood trees. Swimming and climbing are prohibited on or within 50 feet of the waterfall. Picnicking and alcohol are also not permitted in the area around the falls.
