This is a pleasant walk through the neighbourhoods in northwest Moncton. The trail is a great commuter route and good for jogging, walking, mountain-biking during summer, and can be nice to snowshoe or cross-country ski here. There are no hills, but the trail steadily increases, and the route is not particularly scenic. There are some trees with little shade on a hot sunny day.

Loop around the north part of Centennial Park. Parking along Millenium Boulevard. A dirt patch offers plenty of space. The trail is well maintained and swerves through the forrest and around Jonathan Creek. It passes by the Bernice McNaughton High School before joining with Firebreak road to loop around. Lots of ups and downs but nothing too strenuous.
